3.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the project before the final delivery.
3.2 Payments must be made via the accepted methods outlined on our website or invoice.
3.3 Additional fees may apply for extra services, such as extended editing, additional footage, or special requests.

4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the stage of production.
4.2 If Premier Legacy Films cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

5.1 Clients must provide all necessary materials, such as photographs, videos, and information required for film production, within agreed timelines.
5.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all provided materials and that their use does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

6.1 Premier Legacy Films retains copyright to all produced films. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the film for personal purposes.
6.2 Clients may not reproduce, sell, or commercially distribute the film without prior written consent from Premier Legacy Films.

7.1 All personal information shared during the filmmaking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of film production.
7.2 We may feature sample clips of completed projects on our website and marketing materials unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

8.1 Turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon booking.
8.2 Premier Legacy Films will ensure the highest quality of production but is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

9.1 While we take great care in handling provided materials, we are not liable for loss or damage to client-supplied media.
9.2 Premier Legacy Films is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution
